Description
Meshtech extenders based on Nordic Semiconductor nRF52 come in several different hardware variants, two USB-powered and one battery-powered.

Fanstel BU840XE and Raytac MDBT50Q-RX are USB powered variants. To power from a wall socket any USB power adapter can be used. Meshtech recommends USB power adapters from SmartLine. The following USB Charger 1A is recommended to power Fanstel BU840XE and Raytac MDBT50Q-RX.
Fanstel BU840XE comes standard with a 0 dBi antenna - ANT000. To increase the range, a longer 6 dBi antenna - ANT060 - can optionally be used.
Minew MBM01 is a battery powered variant using 4 replacable Lithium batteries. Depending on configuration and usage, typically between 1 and 5 years battery life can be expected.
